MODULE 1
Day 1: Opening the Gateway – Clearing and Connecting
-
This is the beginning of our journey into higher consciousness, as we enter the sacred space that bridges material and spiritual realms while setting the foundation for the transformational work ahead.
The first day is dedicated to preparing the mind, body, and spirit to enter the sacred space of transformation.
Through grounding practices, guided transcendental hypnosis, and the cultivation of the Principle of Intent, we will clear mental clutter and align with your higher purpose.
-
MODULE 2
Day 2: Empowerment Through Wholeness – Reclaiming the Self
-
On the second day, we dive deeper into self-discovery and empowerment, exploring the Principle of Pure Thought as a tool for transformation. Through sacred rituals, nature ceremonies, and a transcendental hypnosis session, we will call back fragmented parts of the self and integrate them into a state of wholeness. As you align with your true essence, you will begin to embody your inner strength and expand your understanding of the limitless potential within you. As we open the gateway to the infinite, we invite clarity, calm, and the wisdom of nature to anchor us. By the end of the day, you will feel a deep sense of connection to yourself and the natural world.
This day is about recognizing the multidimensional nature of the self and reclaiming scattered energy and power.
This day is a powerful step in embracing your sacred connection and stepping into your fullest self.
-
MODULE 3
Day 3: Becoming the Superconscious – Embodying Presence and Love
-
Through the lens of the Principle of Emotion as Energy in Motion, we will explore how to channel emotions into purposeful action and creative expression. This day centers on cultivating presence, awareness, and a compassionate heart. Practices in humility, gratitude, and love will guide you to embody the superconscious state—living fully connected, aware, and aligned with the present moment.
The final day is a culmination of the retreat, focused on living as your highest self.
As we close the retreat, you will carry forward a renewed sense of empowerment, clarity, and balance, ready to navigate life with grace and intention.

Ut enim ad minima veniam, quis nostrum exercitationem ullam corporis suscipit laboriosam,
If I had to share my story with someone who is facing similar challenges to the ones I once faced, I would say: I understand you. I know that feeling when you wish there were a magic wand that could instantly erase all problems, pain, and inner battles. That you could somehow skip the part that hurts. You search for a shortcut. And I’ll tell you honestly—the real shortcut doesn’t look like it does in fairy tales. But it exists. Sign up for Asya’s program. There, you will step onto a path that is deep, real, and transformative. It’s not an instant solution, but what happens in those six months is the closest thing to a “shortcut” I know. Without sugarcoating, without illusions—but with the immeasurable power of truth, love, and inner transformation. It is work, though. If you are willing to look within, then you know where to go. This program gave me the opportunity to look inside myself in a safe space, to touch my wounds, accept them, and begin to heal. And only through this process did I truly feel what it means to hold space for another—not from woundedness, but from presence and love. That’s why I wish for everyone who works with people’s energy to first lovingly embrace themselves. Because when we heal ourselves, we also heal the world.
During the workshop, I experienced a spiritual awakening, which for me personally meant a very intense and demanding emotional transformation. In this period, I faced deep layers of pain and inner wounds that had long been waiting to be recognized and healed. The program supported me in this process and provided a space where I could safely feel these wounds, accept them, and begin to heal them. A particularly important part of this was healing the wounded inner child. With every emotional trigger that arose, I consciously went within—to that little girl inside me, little Nina, who had often been waiting for me sadly, longing for me to finally see her, hear her, and embrace her. Through this process, I became more compassionate toward myself, more at peace within, and better able to maintain presence. Today I know that I am the co-creator of my life, that I have both the influence and responsibility for how I experience the world around me. When challenges arise, I no longer ask, “Why me?” but instead, “What is this teaching me?” Life has simply become much easier. A turning point for me was the moment during the workshop when I saw little Nina playing in a meadow with the divine child. Both were there—vulnerability and light, pain and joy—within the same space. Inside, I felt completely safe, heard, seen, and loved in my own presence. It was as if something within me shifted, aligned, as if my soul remembered something. This inner experience taught me that transformation does not mean becoming something else—it means returning to ourselves. Opening our hearts to what we may have once rejected, and finding our strength right there. The changes that occurred within me gradually and naturally reflected in my daily life. Family relationships became softer, more open, and more honest. Where there had once been pain or unspoken hurt, there was now space for connection and compassion. At work, the dynamics also changed. I feel more inner stability and clarity, which shows up as greater calm in my interactions with others. But the greatest difference I feel is in my relationship with myself. I love myself. I even adore myself—not with a sense of guilt or doubt, but with a gentle, mature understanding of my worth. I have learned to listen to myself, stand by myself, set healthy boundaries, and not please others out of a need for validation or acceptance. I have built a connection with myself based on respect, trust, and self-love. Today, I understand what it means when they say you are not the one who thinks—that your true presence is not in your thoughts, but in awareness, in being. Today, I live more and more from the heart, from the body, from a connection with something greater. My inner self is calmer, softer, more present, and more authentic. I no longer seek validation outside of myself, but feel it within—as a quiet strength that is always with me. Today, I am no longer searching for myself. I simply am.

Dear Asya, This weekend at the retreat was magical and transformative for me, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. It’s hard to put into words all the experiences and feelings—mainly because there were so many, and because I don’t have your gift of conveying profound truths in such a beautiful, clear, understandable, and warm way.
I am grateful for the new insights and realizations, for those “aha” moments when all the whys fall into place like pieces of a puzzle. Your practical guidance on how to help myself, my loved ones, and my child is truly precious. I would wish for anyone on the path of growth and healing to meet you and be part of a group like the one we had this weekend. This weekend I received so many concrete proofs—the universe is much more magical than we think. :)

Thank you once again for the wonderful Soul Mosaic Retreat.
I came with many questions and with discomfort in my soul and heart. After three days of intensive work, I was different—changed in both soul and heart. The transformation—one could even say rebirth—that I experienced is something I still see today as profoundly positive and, above all, beneficial for my growth and progress, and I embrace it as such. With warm regards,

Dear Asya, I am deeply grateful that I heard about you two years ago. I knew almost nothing about your work, yet I still signed up for the Soul Mosaic retreat. The event was even in a foreign language for me—languages are not my strong suit—but I still understood every single word.
That retreat gave me the strength to leave a toxic relationship that had been hurting me for three years. Right after, I enrolled in the Conscious Transformation school, later in the summer school, and in all the other retreats. With each hypnosis and exercise, I feel my strength returning. After two years, I have become a completely different person. Most importantly, I have accepted myself, reconnected with my soul, and now I am happy and content with my life. Everything has gained meaning, and most importantly, I am healing my family line, which is also positively influencing the life of my child, who is often involved in this process. In the meantime, I also sought advice from others, thinking they might know more about me than I do myself. However, a year ago, during the program, I received a clear message from my higher self: all the answers are within me. Now I am constantly in good energy, I am rarely in a bad mood, and I have an abundance of life force. I am aware of my purpose and am actively living it. Since I started coming to you, I have been continually receiving answers to my questions. At times, I still face the challenge of not trusting myself enough, but I am learning this with you. My initial intention was to heal, trust my intuition, and connect with my soul. And all of these topics were part of the retreat. I am grateful that you do all of this—and that you do it in also in Slovene.

The entire weekend was, without a doubt, a major turning point for me—everything came together and intensified to the point where, at times, I wondered whether I could handle it. In the moment when the “Divine Mother” embraced me, I felt more love and joy than ever before in my life.
Today I am a completely different person than I was before starting the program. At the beginning, I felt initial happiness and gratitude, then, as the process unfolded, I went through difficult moments and intense emotions, learning how to be with them. Later, I experienced a kind of spiral downward with feelings like fear or doubt—mainly wondering whether the entire process would truly give me what I had been searching for all my life. But in the end, I felt such immense love and joy that words cannot describe it. Today I am much calmer, I trust myself, I listen to myself, and I do things for me, for my soul—things that truly feel good to me. For the first time in my life, I am putting myself first, and every day I rediscover my happiness, what brings me joy, and how grateful I can be for having the life I have. I set boundaries much more easily and without guilt. I am proud of myself—of my image and my talents. When I look in the mirror, I even like what I see and compliment myself on how I look (something I never did before). I am aware that I am unique, and I see this reflected in how others treat me: with more praise, compliments, and love. Go for it—enter the process of getting to know and meeting yourself. At times it may indeed be difficult and uncomfortable, but the result is so wonderful that it is worth it, and it truly changes your life for the better—for you and for your loved ones.

There was a period in my life when I was intensely facing challenge after challenge in all areas of life. At that time, I perceived it as problem after problem, to the point where I could barely see any possibility of a solution, and my energy was steadily draining away. I was looking for help, but I did not want traditional psychological treatments focused on searching for diagnoses and emphasizing so-called weak points. I wanted the help of someone who works with positive psychology—someone who would not only help me face my difficulties and weaker parts of myself, but also strengthen and bring awareness to the positive aspects of my life. Through a chain of events, which I now clearly understand were not coincidences but spiritual guidance, I came across Asya Širovnik Moškon and her self-hypnosis workshop. Very quickly—within just a few days of regularly practicing self-hypnosis—I noticed powerful shifts. My energy began to return, along with optimism and hope that I could truly change something. With great enthusiasm, I attended the Power of the Soul workshop, where for the first time in my life I connected with the Soul dimension of my being and with Spiritual Guidance. That was a profound turning point for me—of course, for the better. Since then, for the past eight years, I have been participating in Asya’s annual six-month programs, and I hope I will be able to continue for a long time to come. It is truly a priceless experience!
I have noticed changes in every aspect of myself as a Being. From a person who was mostly caught in negative thoughts, always sad, disappointed, increasingly hopeless, often angry—someone who had almost given up on life—I have transformed, or rather am step by step transforming, into a positive person filled with optimism, who loves life more and more, whose relationships improve from one stage to the next, who dares to dream and wish for all the good in her life. I still face many challenges, but now I no longer see them as unsolvable problems, but as opportunities that pave the way for my development, personal growth, and spiritual evolution. I also experience many seemingly impossible opportunities, which I call miraculous resolutions. These inspire me, fill me with enthusiasm, and open my life to entirely new dimensions, full of abundance, happiness, inner peace, and deep gratitude. I am deeply grateful for all the experiences and the abundance of gifts I receive in life, which I was once unable to notice. I now approach challenges constructively and no longer give up. There was a time when I counted the years I still had to endure—now I love life and am sincerely grateful for it.

Through the programs, I was able to heal several unhealthy beliefs, and I would highlight two that were key for me: my attitude toward romantic relationships and my attitude toward the place where I live. I used to believe that I could never romantically trust anyone again because of past experiences. At the same time, I believed that I didn’t like the city I lived in and that it limited me in living on a “higher dimension.” It may seem unrelated, but just as one needs to have a healthy attitude toward romance in order to build a beautiful romantic relationship, one also needs to have a healthy and positive attitude toward the place where they live. The attitude is essential. Once I truly became aware of this, everything fell into place.
My life decisions are now guided primarily by a feeling that I often lacked before—the feeling of trust in my own life choices. In this way, the circle has closed: I had faced challenges of betrayed trust, but the most important trust was the one I had to develop in myself and in my own decisions. Now I can truly say that I trust myself. Even before attending Asya’s programs, my life was full of miracles, strong intuition, synchronicities, and similar experiences, as probably happens to all of us. However, Asya’s programs gave me a complete structure and answers to my questions about intuition, synchronicity, creation, and so on—things I had only lived spontaneously before. In the past, certain challenges in life drained me energetically, and I didn’t know how to handle them in the way I wanted. Asya’s programs gave me tools to deal with situations I felt resistance toward or simply didn’t like. This allowed me to spend more and more time in the magic of life that had always been with me. I’d like to share an example that happened just about two months after attending the self-hypnosis workshop in February 2022. Years ago—about nine years back—I wished it would be wonderful to have a job at a particular foreign company in another country, the one I live in today. I never sent my résumé to this company because, at that time, it seemed impossible to me to get a job there—it felt out of reach. About two months after the self-hypnosis workshop, I was contacted on LinkedIn by someone from this company who wanted to interview me because they believed I was a suitable candidate for a position they were offering. I should mention they were serious and that the offer itself was also genuine. Years ago, when I first thought about this company, I didn’t even have a LinkedIn profile. By the time they contacted me, I hadn’t followed them on LinkedIn and hadn’t thought about them in years. My path and desires had changed in the meantime, but I realized not only that much more—and much better—is possible than we can imagine from our limited earthly perspective, but also that heartfelt wishes and dreams always find a way to come true. I’d also like to share another example from the recent Metaphysical Sensitivity Training workshop. I had a problem with a tooth. One dentist said it was cracked; another said it was dead. Somehow, I didn’t feel that to be true. I wondered whether I was just unable to accept it or whether another reality might exist in which my tooth was alive. I remember listening to recordings of our lectures with Asya. Before going to a third dentist, I did self-hypnosis. During the session, I saw a shaman who was healing my tooth and told me which plant to use. Later, I looked up the plant online and found out it really does heal such conditions. When the shaman said goodbye to me, he smiled and said, “Your tooth is alive.” The next morning, my dentist took a CBCT scan of my tooth and said the exact same words: “Your tooth is alive.” Many similar situations have happened to me—also before joining Asya’s programs. But through these programs, I began to experience such events differently. Equipped with this awareness, I am always ready to invite the very best into my life.

My personal relationships have improved tremendously in all areas—even with my father (for example, a few years ago I could never have believed that such a relationship would even be possible). I have learned to set boundaries and to respect them myself (in the past, I would unknowingly break them) and to uphold them.
Before starting the program, I had been in personal psychotherapy for a year and a half, but I noticed that I would still often get stuck in the same or similar situations. My biggest challenge was that, while I could rationally understand the situations that kept repeating—why they were happening—I couldn’t process them emotionally in a way that wouldn’t require multiple therapy sessions for the same topic. Life then led me to a new job, where I met a wonderful colleague who was training with Asya. She introduced me to hypnotherapy, Asya’s programs, and her way of working. Around that time, I was looking for books by Michael Newton in a bookstore, and Asya’s book Who Creates My Reality caught my eye. After that, I could hardly wait for the program applications to open. The themes that were present for me at that time were: family relationships (especially with my father), excessive people-pleasing, putting everyone and everything else before myself, and a lack of trust in myself. Today, I have more trust in life. I am also learning to trust myself more—more in the sense of having faith in myself. When an unpleasant situation or challenge arises, I can now more quickly look at it from another perspective: What is this situation trying to tell me, to teach me? Above all, I accept my emotions more, I no longer hide them, and as a result, I accept myself more and am more compassionate toward myself. The feeling that I am a bad person if I take care of my own needs first is no longer as strong or as loud as it used to be. The biggest change is in my relationship with myself—how I perceive myself, how compassionate I am toward myself, how much I truly love myself, and how proud I am of the person I am becoming. Even the negative thoughts have now been replaced by silence—or at least they are definitely not as frequent, loud, or intense as they once were. When they do arise, I notice them rather quickly. I am extremely grateful that this program exists and that Asya, along with everyone working “behind the scenes,” supports those of us on this path of self-discovery, self-acceptance, and liberation. You give us so much gentleness, understanding, and love in this process, and Asya, you share your knowledge so generously. It is not something to be taken for granted, and I am deeply grateful. So from my heart—thank you.

My personal growth compared to my old self, before starting the program, is immense. Before, I didn’t know where my pain, ego, fear, etc., came from. I have learned so, so much. Now that I have a broader and deeper awareness of myself—where and why my emotions and experiences originate—I feel much calmer and more connected with myself, my inner child, Mother Nature, and the beyond.
Now I can sense where a certain pain, trigger, ego reaction, or different emotional state comes from. I know how to connect with myself and, most importantly, with my inner child—which is the key to living life in full playfulness, joy, love, and freedom. I listen more closely to my instincts and intuition when making important life decisions, and I practice the exercises we learned, which are truly worth their weight in gold. When I practice them daily, they bring about real and profound changes. I live each moment with deep gratitude for everything I have. When you truly feel that gratitude, everything in life gains meaning, and you are like a bird in the sky, flying in freedom and openness.

I have been attending Asya’s programs for many years. Asya has taught me that, on my path of exploration, the mind must be joined by the heart. The heart has a vast electromagnetic field that also communicates with the brain. The expression of our genes depends on our thoughts and feelings. She has taught me how to let go of control, how to release fear, how to be aligned with the flow of life, and how to consciously invite “miraculous” solutions into my life.
I have realized that I am pure consciousness and that the worlds I live in are multidimensional. I feel this change within me—this growth—as my true life doctorate, even though I am also aware that I am only at the beginning of the journey, at the start of a mystical voyage and learning process, which is, at the same time, the very purpose of our life.
